    Hi,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to address an issue we are currently experiencing with the user import process groups not assign to users.

    We have successfully imported users using a CSV file, and while the user import itself is functioning correctly, we have encountered a problem with assigning LearnDash groups to the imported users. Our intention is to assign the appropriate group to each user directly from the CSV file during the import process.

    We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It would greatly benefit our workflow if we could assign LearnDash groups to users directly through the CSV import process. Could you please provide us with guidance or a potential solution for this issue?

    Good,

    We haven’t changed anything about it, so I understand that you should ask Learndash that they will have changed something.

    In the future, we want to release an addon for Learndash to make this work easier and more transparent, but it is true that we didn’t even support it so we can’t tell you anything else.

    If any other user knows something it would be great if you could share it.
