Groups menu item not showing after plugin installation

    Hi,

    I’ve just installed the plugin and the ‘Groups’ menu item should be showing in the left side menu in the admin panel, but I cannot see it anywhere. Haven’t has similar problems with any other plugins before, so I’m guessing it’s not the website’s setup or some restrictions.
    Can you please take a look and let me know what’s going on?

    Hi Kate,

    This could happen because the plugin wasn’t activated or another plugin is overwriting the menu item (which would be quite an odd coincidence but it’s possible). You should enable debugging and check the debug.log in your site’s wp-content folder to see if there are any errors on activation. It could be that you’re running out of memory for PHP for example.

    Can you please check that and let me know what you see?
