Group Events Arranging

I’m doing a site for a band. They would like the facility to have a private page where that can arrange dates that they aren’t available. Are there any plug-ins that will allow them to edit a calendar without needing to log in as they aren’t very computer savvy. I will do a password protected page for them. I just need a calendar that they can sort events out just between them.
