We are having a problem where our member grids are not loading.

Console is showing the error: “Uncaught Error: Template not found: #tmpl-um-member-grid-d84ff”

I do see a class d84ff but no ID that matches that. Wondering if there is a change in an update that is causing this?

These custom templates on your website may be outdated: members.php, members-grid.php, members-list.php.

Is it possible that you missed a few updates? You should have updated your custom templates after upgrading to version 2.11.1. A problem related to required template update has been answered in these threads:

Thank you. It was indeed due to outdated templates from previous versions.
