Grid inside divider doesn't work
-
Hi,
in version 3.X when I call the shortcode inside a divider smaller than it’s used to, the grid shows but I cannot change the month it shows by clicking on previous/next, the buttons don’t even appear.
Furthermore if I want to show the same informations both in grid and list view do I really have to duplicate the feeds? I’m asking this because having to duplicate everything, especially for those of us who work for companies that make a massive use of calendars, is kind of overwhelming to think about. It used to be so simple just telling the shortcode directly to show either in list or grid view, sigh…Fabio

Hi Fabio,
If the navigation isn’t working, it may be a theme or plugin conflict. See this page for more troubleshooting on that:
http://docs.simplecalendar.io/troubleshooting-theme-plugin-widget-conflicts/If you’re still experiencing issues after this please post a link so we can see the behavior. A test page/site is fine.
If you want the same feed to show up in a list in one location and a grid in the other, yes you’ll need two feeds. However, there is a ”Clone” link on your calendar feed listing you can use to easily copy one feed to the next.Hope that helps.
Ok, I’ve been testing some more things and I noticed that the list view doesn’t show more than 4 events ,even if it’s set to show 15 events and there are 5 events it should list (the events are in “fishing range” of 365 days after blablabla), it didn’t occur to me before because I had less than 5 events in my gcal; when I click the arrows nothing happens. I’m using woothemes Canvas theme, and, exept for the list, the grid has no problems, even included in some shortcodes like
[threecol_one]. But, if I put the[calendar id="123"]shortcode inside a[tab]or a[toggle]shortcode the problems appear again. So it might be that it has conflicts with the theme, I guess. Does this mean that some of the Canvas Theme shortcodes do not support “the latest WordPress standards”? Should I expect a Canvas update soon to solve the conflict? If it is so, can you redirect me to where I can find these latest standards? Because I have made a few “aesthetics” plugins myself for this website and they present the same problems that[tab]and[toggle]show with your plugin’s shortcode. I fear JQuery might be involved here somehow…
Thanks for the patience btw and love the new look you gave the plugin.
