I use it with WP Bakery Page Builder.
The only problem I get is that it not works when “stretch row and content” is selected on the row stretch option.
Try to change the Gallery Ape Options > Main options to Hard code, without WP API?
Or maybe there is a conflict with your other image gallery on that page.
When I put the shortcode in the tabs, it works properly.
I have tried adding this to pages without any other galleries and set coding options to all of the available settings. Still only get this…

There’s no known conflicts of the Image Gallery Ape and WP Bakery Page Builder.
Do you able to send link to the page where you have such problem with this gallery?
With 3 moths and 3 weeks of waiting for this response. I had to move on from your application so my client would have a live gallery on their site. I utilized another application that worked along with the builder.
