Hi.
If you want to make changes to your theme and not carry them over to your RSS feeds, you could Conditional_Tags, more precisely, is_feed() with a negative test:

// if we are inside a feed...
if ( is_feed() ) {
// ...do nothing.
} else {
// If we are not in a feed...
// ...do something
code goes here
}
