Great Support Team!

The slider was really easy to use right out of the box, but I ran into some issues when I mixed vertical and horizontal images in the same slider. The Huge-It support team explained the difference between the Natural and Resize options under Settings – Image Behaviour and this fixed the issues for Firefox, but made things worse in IE. The Huge-IT team found an incompatibility between my theme and the slider software. Their developer fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I had tried a lot of other sliders before Huge-It without much success – the expensive plug-ins were too complicated and time-consuming to figure out. This slider offered everything I needed for the right price. I would recommend that if you have any issues with the slider and your theme, email the Huge-IT team before you give up on it. I’m very happy I did!
