Great support

The developer was very responsive in testing and fixing some initial issues and helping through the process (tip, it takes a few days for VirginGiving to activate and approve your API).
The widget is what I needed for my site to link to my donations page for a charity challenge as I wanted to show how much had been raised from within the site, and had multiple donations pages I wanted to link to for different events.
Only slight downside is that the widget is very large so takes up some sidebar real estate, but perhaps there might be a second version that gives an option of two sizes in a future release, but for the moment it’s the only functioning VirginGiving plugin I could find, so definitely useful.
