We’ve used the plugin for a certain time, but didn’t use it anymore. I forgot to cancel the subscription so the subscription renewed automatically. After reaching out with the support system (especially Mustafa, Product Succes Specialist) we got to an agreement which was really helpful. Definitely recommend!
