great support

the support via ticket/email isn’t as expedient as a live agent / phone call, but for the price, and the functionality, the plugin can’t really be beat. I had the import facebook event pro plugin and they walked me through how to activate and import the events properly as long as I provided enough screenshots and info in my messages.
