Great support

I’m really pleasantly surprised by the great support I’ve received from catchthemes. Many well-known companies that I need to deal with make things much harder and, if they respond at all, only offer platitudes like “please restart your PC,” etc. You really need a thick skin to keep pushing until you get an answer. Not with catchthemes—I ask a clear question and immediately receive a precise answer that solves the problem. That’s how it should be!
