Great product with very responsive support

We have been using LifterLMS for more than a year now.

We started out using the core LifterLMS plugin together with a third party theme. Subsequently, we purchased the LifterLMS Launchpad theme and then upgraded to their Universe bundle.

In our view Lifter is a fantastic product. It has a comprehensive range of features and is easy to administer. The feedback we receive from our end users is that they find the system intuitive and easy to use.

We did have some issues with the quizzes functionality and customising the Lifter UI to fit with our website styling. With the help of the Lifter support team were able to resolve these or determine workarounds.

Which leads me to what I think is the killer feature for LifterLMS – the support they provide. It is simply brilliant. We’ve pestered the Lifter support team more times than I care to admit – and no matter how tangentially related to Lifter the request has been we’ve got a quick response.

All in all, LifterLMS is a great product that is being continually enhanced, backed by a fantastic support team all provided at what we think is a very reasonable price.
