Great product

When my now ex website designer “accidentally” deleted my website and then as I was stupid enough to use her as a reseller could not get it back I fortunately had already started using updraft plus.
it does exactly what they say – and yes I had to re-host, and then restore from a back up but for a non-techie its easy to do, and all is now restored.
moral of the story – use updraft plus and also don’t trust a website reseller – or certainly not the one i used to use!
