• The features and functionality, in theory, are great – perhaps the best in class.

    Unfortunately in practice, the behaviour is haphazard and unpredictable. Something that works fine for weeks will abruptly stop working fully and each patch or update is a crap shoot as to whether it will make things better or worse.

    Customer service and support has fallen of a cliff since they introduced a completely useless AI chatbot layer.

    Shame really.
