Great plugin with a useful live chat

Installed on my WordPress showcase Surfandkite for over a month now, and I have to say the plugin does a great job. The free version is more than enough for my needs, and the live chat feature is a huge plus since it allows me to easily take over the conversation when needed. Overall, a very solid plugin so far.
