    I’ve been using NextGEN for a couple of months. I use the NextGEN PLUS edition and all the features work as described on their website. I initially ran into an issue during setup and the support team were quick to respond and resolved the issue.
    Months after the issue was resolved, the NEXTGEN team occasionally checks in to ensure everything is still running fine. Definitely recommend this plugin to others.
