• I tried Duplicator for the first time and I had several host-related issues. Errors in the scan, errors in the restore. These were not Duplicator issues, but environment configuration issues.

    I kept working through them by changing settings to work with my host. I finally got to one I couldn’t figure out and I submitted a tech support ticket. It was late, I wasn’t a paid user and I didn’t expect much.

    But the next morning I had a simple response that solved my problem and I had the site restored and working with minutes. The plugin works just fine and support is excellent.
