    Great plugin. I bought the pro version after comparing it to other plugins. I needed to create packages and link each package to a submission form. Form Maker Pro made my job so easy, plus the paypal feature is AMAZING, all for this low price.
    Above all, the support is outstanding, super fast responding, they even did customization work for RTLing all forms.
