Great Plugin and Excellent Support

I started off with a competitor product, which looked like it would do the simple job that I needed – and was free. However, there were several issues – some basic, others more fundamental – and with the support becoming frustrating I was soon looking for an alternative.

ARMember was my next choice, mainly because it was reasonably priced. At first I found it slightly complicated to set up, but once I’d got to grips with it, I realised just how easy and flexible it is! I had an issue with the migration program, which claimed to copy data from my previous program – but told me it wasn’t installed! I contacted support and within a couple of days they had fixed the issue which was because I had a much newer version of my previous plugin.

Since then, I have had a couple of issues, which the developer resolved very quickly. A couple were issues with the program, others because I was doing something wrong. Most recently I had a conflict with another plugin, which they happily resolved quickly.

I am delighted with the way this plugin works, and very happy with the support and would happily recommend this plugin to anyone.
