    Sadly it outputs a message and dashboard box wanting a review for all users even if the user has no rights to modify wp-admin/users. So it can’t be used.

    Hi @ianburman,

    Thanks for reporting this issue. You’re right the review notice should not appear for users who don’t have permission to access wp-admin/users.

    I’ll fix this in the next update so it is shown only to administrators with the appropriate permissions.
