Great forms plugin, awesome customer service

I replaced an older contact form plugin with WPforms, and quickly paid for the Basic commercial version. Forms are easy to set up, the interface is clean and well implemented, and I really like the way it stores the entries for later perusal.

I wanted to show the time as well as the date in the notification email that is sent to the editor of the site. I emailed support, and within an hour I had received a couple of custom functions to add to my theme’s functions.php that implemented a new tag that shows the time of the submission! The person who helped me also said he submitted it as a feature suggestion. Wonderful customer service.

I will be adding this to some other sites and upgrading to the version that plays nicely with mailchimp soon!
