Great Events Plugin & Exceptional Support

We’ve been using Event Genius for a fairly involved event registration setup, including multiple attendee types and family registrations, and I’ve been very impressed with both the plugin and the support behind it.

Whenever I’ve had questions, support has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. One issue involved configuring additional attendee fields so that only the primary registrant needed to provide an email address. They quickly pointed me to the right setting and got me moving again.

I also reported a couple of usability issues during testing involving attendee names not updating clearly in the registration cards and an email validation message that could appear while an address was still being entered. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just explain the behavior or offer a workaround. They took the feedback seriously, made improvements to the plugin, and released an update within a few days.

After installing the update, both issues were resolved. The attendee cards now update in real time, and the email validation works much more smoothly.

That kind of support is hard to find. It’s clear that Event Genius is actively maintained and that feedback from users is actually being listened to and acted on.

The plugin has given us the flexibility we needed for our event registration process, and the support has made the whole experience even better.
