Gravity forms source & medium not being sent

Hi, this looks great but i’m having some issues.

I can get data for handl_url but not for the two other fields I need i.e. utm_source or utm_medium. I just receive blank fields.

I have tried setting up single and multiple hidden gravity fields but unfortunately source and medium are always blank.

I am also using a Zapier Hook to pull this data into a Google spreadsheet.

Btw, which version of Gravity Form are you using?

Hi Haktan, Thanks for your reply,

I am using Graviyy forms Version 1.0.7 and have followed the user guide and so it should be straightforward but sill no UTM data

I am now disabling plugin to see if there is one that is tripping it up. I will post the solution if i find one (so far TW3 Total Cache – han’t resolved the issue).

Been a long day testing .. activated and deactivating plugins but alas no luck 🙁

I confirmed that your site does not store the cookies. This could be due to several reasons.

But let me as you some common questions first:

1) Are you on WP Engine?
2) Seems like there is a cookie issue with W3 Page Cache plugin, please try the solution here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/w3-page-caching-breaks-cookies/

Thanks Haktan, I have been working with WP engine to get the issue resolved alas no luck.
we have also tested on another site which runs gravity forms (no WP engine – but has W3 cahce), so now looking here.

Still great support and will certainly be donating to support your plugin as the community as a whole has given great feedback.

Not yet resolved but looking into cahing issue and also moving to new servers so hopefully will be resolved. Will also put up an update.
