Thomas – do you have any update on this:

Is there any way to use Gravity Forms instead of the default application form with Job Manager? Gravity Forms has a much nicer UI and can be easily customized.

@onesourcebackground You can use Gravity Forms in a disconnected sort of way. It won’t feed into the applications section of Job Manager. I have a site where I am using Contact 7 to drive the application form. In my case I have 1 application form for all positions so I’ve made that fixed in the job template. https://www.daybreak.tv/employment/

@smb-dev Perhaps this could be a feature enhancement to leverage the various forms plugins in a plugin sort of way. Do you have some existing plans in mind for that?
