Gravatar Errors (Author Grid Widget)

    I’m having a few issues with gravatars (using the Author Grid widget) on my blog:

    1. When I click on certain authors, I receive a “nothing found” response for their bio. (This doesn’t make sense to me because I have a contributor on two blogs, and his profile works on one and not the other.) Solution?

    2. Also, all blog users do not appear in the author grid section. (This also doesn’t make sense because everything works fine on my other blog — and I have more authors on that one.)
