Graphimail Plugin

I am trying to get the graphicmail plugin to work, and I have followed the instructions accordingly, checked that the OpenSSL PHP extension is installed on the server that I’m using etc. However I get an error “unable to connect” i have checked and double checked my username and password. Please help, thanks Tony
