please have a look into the browser console, as statet in the popup notification (press F12 in Chrome or Firefox, select console tab and reload the page) to see which kind of error occurs and proceed from there. it is likely that your server cannot load the uploaded file & your hoster might help…

can you post a screenshot of the console or a link to that map?
The map in the second link tries to call the gpx file at http://exploreua.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/gpx-example-track.gpx – if you type this link directly into the browser, you only get an error. please check that the link to the gpx file is correct and can also be called directly via the browser.
