Hi @richeek thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this. To help you with this could you please share your Site Health Information using this private form. Please ensure you include your hosting provider in the form.
You could also try a Site Kit reset which may fix the issue but note that doing this will disconnect all other users including the admin who set it up and they will need to connect once more.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
i’ve submitted the form…
in between i’ll try Site Kit reset too and update here…
@adamdunnage
the Site Reset Kit Did not help… I’m getting the same issue now also
@richeek Thanks for sharing the information. Can I please ask if you see any console errors when you get this message? Do you get the same outcome when accessing through an incognito browser?
I would also be interesting to know if you experience the same when using a disposable WordPress site which you can setup with one click here. This will set up a disposable WordPress site with Site Kit installed. Could you set up Site Kit on this site and let me know if you encounter the same issue. If not then this could point to the issues being hosting related.
Let me know how you get on with this and if you have any further questions.
@adamdunnage
When tried with Disposable wordpress site, the issue was not found.
@richeek Thanks for confirming. This could point to host related issues causing this as mentioned previously. Could I also check with you about the console errors and incognito browser checks mentioned above?
@adamdunnage
somehow the Google Site Kit is now able to connect.. !!!
Seems it was a sporadic issue ..
