Hi @highprrrr,
Thanks for reaching out. Such an issue can usually be due to the mod_security rule on your server. However, WP Mail SMTP version 2.5 and above should not have such an issue because of the change in Authorized Redirect URL. From the URL you have shared, you probably are using an lower version of plugin or an old redirect URL. I’d recommend starting all the steps in our documentation once again.
I hope this helps!
I’m using the latest version of your plugin.
Hi @highprrrr,
Thanks for the confirmation. In that case, I’d still suggest contacting your web host provider and see if there’s a firewall or similar blocking requests from Google. There could also be some plugins blocking requests and redirecting you to 404 page. If you’d want to test for the conflict, here’s the troubleshooting guide.
I hope this helps!
It’s not the webs host. All my other website (hosted on the same dedicated server) are working.
It’s not a plugin or theme conflict, I’ve already tested for conflicts.
Hi @highprrrr,
Thanks for sharing the details! Could you please share the Authorized Redirect URL assigned for you and let me know if you still get a 404 error when you visit this URL: https://healthyrisenutrition.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wp-mail-smtp. Usually, when you’re redirected back after authorization it should be https://healthyrisenutrition.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-mail-smtp with auth code embedded in the URL. Do you have any kind of redirection or changed the WP Mail SMTP menu page in any way?
Regards,
Hi @highprrrr – We haven’t heard from you in about a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
