    Hello

    I implemented analytics with google tag manager inside my website. Because i need to make sure to place the code in a specific position.
    Does your plugin in works if we implement analytics with google tag manager?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    When you have the analytics script/tag implemented via your GTM, it may happen sometimes that the script might take/make any delay in loading on your store, due to which our plugin may not work well on your store.

    Additionally, the script of our plugin works/fetches the data based on the tracker(‘ga’ in the case of Universal Analytics script used in our plugin). While you implement the UA tracking script from your GTM, the store/script in your store may not be able to initialize the tracker, which in turn will hinder the plugin from populating insights in your Analytics account.

    Hello,

    Ok thank you.
    So this is what i am going to do, please confirm if this is correct.
    Implement GTM
    Implement Analytics only with you plugin

    I will add the google optimise or any other script with GTM but not the general Analytic code. The general analytic script will be added by your plugin.

    Is that ok?

    Yes, exactly the same. Don’t fire Analytics script code from the Google tag Manager.
