    Hi,

    Ironic enough, using the plugin to improve speed test ratings in Google eliminates a lot of the issues, but creates a new one for me:

    Optimize CSS Delivery of the following:
    href=http://cdn.nwihomeinspections.com/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_d2f5e22d453ac5bba88304c4694a2a01.css

    I’m in WP Engine. Is there a setting I need to truncate that?

    Hi, Jurasjo,

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    This one: ” Check this option for Autoptimize to also aggregate JS in the HTML. If this option is not enabled, you might have to “force JavaScript in head”.”

    Yeah. I already had it checked. Good thought, though.

    But You are checking option for javascript and I think You have a problem with .css so You have to click option witch is under CSS options.

    Also aggregate inline CSS

    I see what you’re saying.

    I’m trying a variation of combinations at this point. Trying one checked, both checked, neither js / css checked

    * enable the “static delivery”-option to output in .css or .js instead of .php
    * don’t tick “also aggregate inline JS” unless you know what you’re doing (it can cause severe cache size issues)
    * to make the CSS non-render blocking (nothing ironic, AO isn’t a automagical pagespeed insight fixer), try “inline all” (easy) or “inline & defer” (better), more info in AO’s FAQ.
