I’m having the same problem. Facebook works fine and takes the title, image and description, but Google+ just shows the website name instead of anything having to do with the post. It does show an image though.
Too bad there’s not much support here. Did you ever get it working right for you lomauro?

You don’t seem to have the og:description tag active, for Facebook and I advise you to activate it.
Also you only have “Portfolio” on the itemprop=description tag on the homepage and not the complete description, that’s why it’s not showing up on G+.
Are you using WordPress SEO by Yoast for the title and description tags? If so you should enable the integration on our plugin.

When I share a post on Google+, it doesn’t/can’t pull the title or description….only the image. It just uses the site-wide title.
Indeed I tried with another post and the website title shows up instead of the post title, although all the tags are correctly set. There’s no reason whatsoever, on our end, for this to happen.
I would recommend you to disable the SEO Ultimate OG tags part (don’t know if it’s possible to disable just that) because you have duplicate tags on your source: ours and SEO Ultimate ones. This could be cause of the problem. (long shot here…)

Thanks. I tried that a few weeks ago and it didn’t change anything. Kind of odd.
Plus, all of my other webbsites have your plugin and the seo one and it doesn’t have this issue.

As I told you before, the tags are correct.
I would, again, recommend to remove the Ultimate SEO Open Graph tags.
