I have had this installed and enabled for a few months.
Really just need author to check code on site as he has for others in the past.

@dmsig85, I’m not sure if this could be the cause, but in the screenshot you provided you didn’t seem to have entered a focus keyword for that page. Perhaps try that?

We have however put in a focus keyword shortly after the original screen shot posted above, which also matched a word used in meta description.
We have also placed the wp_head()in our header.php file.
