Google reviews not displaying

My google reviews are not displaying. Only my facebook reviews pop up with the code. I have tried recreating plug in, clearing cache, and deleting/reconnecting the google account. They appear in the preview on the trust index website but when I copy the short code or Script to the widget it will only display the google icon not the reviews as displayed in the preview
