Thanks for the suggestion. The problem is that GTINs are not typically entered into WooCommerce products by default, but a custom field or plugin would be necessary to add those as post meta on products.
How do you suggest this plugin should know where to pull the GTIN data from? Do you have GTINs on your products?
Thanks for replying back. Adding a custom field would work. The custom field can have a standard name like GTIN. The plugin is already able to access the order id and customer email. I am assuming (not a woocommerce expert) that the information on the product(s) ordered should also be available. User should be responsible for adding the custom field to their products. Or they can use the following to add it to all the products:

I have GTIN for my products and I was able to add them in my Product Feed for Google Merchant Account. Can this plugin be upgraded and modify the survey opt-in to gather product reviews?
