Google Pay error

    I am new to WooCommerce and ecommerce generally. I just opened my storefront on my webpage, and a user reports an error in using Google Pay. They’re getting a message that says “There was an error processing your order”.

    Other people have placed orders with credit card and paypal and not had a problem, and their orders went through.

    The trouble is that the WooCommerce payments tab doesn’t have any options or actions I can take so I’m not sure how to figure out what is wrong or what to do about it. Any ideas?

    Hi @jwarrend!

    To know more about your setup and point you in the right direction, kindly provide us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.

    Make sure you have a full backup in place of your site and database before making any changes. You could consider using a service like Jetpack or installing a plugin like UpdraftPlus. If something goes wrong, you can restore your site to the previous state.
