Look, you don’t seem to understand.
Plugin itself works just fine and you can test it even on that mobile testing site you linked by trying to vote at http://flyertests.org.ua/uncategorized/.
This alone means that problem is with your site rather than with plugin (since it works just fine on my testing site and other sites). And I’m not going to help you fix your site or even search what is causing this.
