I understand it is a free plugin and that there is no help..
On screen 1, there is a button ‘view retrieved data’.
When you click that, do you get any kind of error message?
Or more specifically, what is your question? You have posted the settings you’ve made but I don’t see a question or problem stated anywhere?
What exactly is not working, what do you have a question about?
@marcelkraan Apologies for not responding urgently to your request, I have had other matters to resolve in my life so the forum responses have been slightly delayed.
@vrowdy is correct, the “View Retrieved Data” button there will help you by showing the opening hours available for that location. If there are none, then don’t attempt to synchronise with this place.
You’re welcome to share the Retrieved Data (use the code excerpt here).
When i press the button everything updates correct. So it is working.. but it does not update automaticly.. maybe i need to change my [open] code?
this is what i use on the website:
[open class=”hours-right current-line past-fade” time_format=”24_dot_trim” update=”immediate” reload=true]
Okay, so you mean it like this:
-Opening hours are displayed correctly on your site
-You change the opening hours on Google Maps
-The next day (it syncs every 24 hours), the old times are still being shown on your site
If that’s what you mean – are the correct times displayed in WordPress? Not the screens you posted, but the screen where you can manually edit the times yourself. If those are correct, the sync is working and it’s most likely a caching-issue on the front end.
Do you have any caching plugins installed in WordPress?
No cache plugins installed.
Let’s see what happens in the next 23 hours 🙂 .. What time the plugin updates? can i update it in less the 24 hours? (like every 4 hour)
