Google Maps never show even with good API

Hello I have a google map api key set up with proper permissions, and the necessary APIs active. Yet nothing I do in any location editing area ever shows a map displaying at all. Is there any way you can help me out? I do plan to purchase the pro version of this as soon as my client approves the way we manage events.

Also, how do a get an event submission form to show up on a web page for anonymous users? When I add the [event_form] shortcode to a new page and ensure proper settings are applied, I am still only seeing an unathorized access message that I don’t have the rights to manage this event.
