I’m having the same exact issue, no plugin or theme conflict either, and it’s happening with OR without a Google API Key.
I’ve tried in Chrome, Firefox and Safari on my laptop. On Chrome it displays the map SOMETIMES.
On my iPhone, neither Chrome or Safari display the map.

Same problem here
“This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”
I have added the API key and verified the domain with Google but this did not resolve the issue.

Any help would be much appreciated

Same behavior here as well — API key added, still getting MissingKeyMapError JS error in console. Caches have been flushed, plugins disabled, still same behavior.
Same here. Hoping to see a reply and a fix on this.
In my case, it worked and still does on my local developer site, but not on the deployed hosted site.

Come on Time.ly, 6 people with the exact same problem. I am going to have to look for another solution, this is unacceptable.
4 days since the first message and not even an acknowledgement that someone from Time.ly has even read our pleas for help – I too could be looking for another alternative if this isn’t resolved or at least isn’t shown to be being looked at soon.
Hi lynneemasai,
Can you please send your WP admin access details to data@time.ly, I’d like to take a closer look at what’s occurring.
Excuse me? Why only support for one person? Totally unacceptable now. Ignored every other poster here. Benjamin, with respect, it is making my business look like a bunch of idiots. Please help
I sent my access details to Benjamin over 6 hours ago on the back of his request to lynneemasai in the hope that in doing so we might have got a quicker solution, but so far no reply.
It’s probably the same problem for everyone, so let’s give Benjamin a little more time to figure it out and hopefully update the code.
Yes I’m all for giving Benjamin more time to sort it, but acknowledgement from Time.ly that they had actually read our messages would have been the polite way to start.
Exactly that ^^
Acknowledge that it is being looked at. This is a huge flaw to have all my regular recurring events with this error. Makes my business look bad.
We apologize for this issue and for any inconvenience caused.
@tobyh5, I asked lynneemasai for access because she opened this topic, development team is checking the issue, and I hope that we will soon fix this or find a solution.
We truly appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Thanks,
Ben

Has then been any progress on this problem as yet, please?
