Google Login issue

I have been using your plugin for the last three years with no problem. Last night I started getting 403 errors. I disabled BPS Security as that usually gives me issues with other plugins and I got 404 error. Now, 24 hours later, I have:

1) Disabled all plugins, no change
2) Changed ot default theme, no change.
3)Installed a fresh WP install on a separate virtual host, only your plugin. Same 404 errors.
4)Removed your plugin, installed different competing plugin, same error.

IS google no longer working?

Are others having this issue?
