Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your local product inventory feed is empty.
Would you be so kind as to send us the plugin debug.log URL so I can see how you configured your feed? Instructions on how to retrieve it can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Thanks for your quick reply.
here is the debug.log as requested:
http://arkive.nl/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log
Thanks for your help
Unfortunately that URL is giving me a 403 permission error so I do not seem to be allowed to open it in my browser. Can you open it and copy/past the content of the file here?
[ Three thousand and eighteen lines deleted. Don’t post that here ]
this is what I was able to get. Hopefully we find the reason soon.
Appreciate your help very much

@babajani Please do not post large code or responses like that here, it doesn’t work after ~10 lines or so.
If you need share that data please use https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/ instead and post the link to that paste.
Hi Jan,
is it possible to send the debug.log file the support requested via email? if yes, please provide an email to me. I don’t want to create a github or any other account just for this one case.
hope you understand.
now this is super annoying. I cannot reply back to support emails i get from you, my emails get rejected because the system suspects it’s a spam.
Anyways, Please, have a look at the code I have uploaded in this googledoc
please have a look and help me with this issue.
THanks in advance
Ani
Hi Ani,
Like mentioned in our reply. The local product inventory feed does not seem to exists at all. So it is not even empty, the entire feed file does not exists so it seems “something” or “someone” removed that file completely from your server? (our plugin does not delete feeds).
Now I also had a look at your feed configuration and I noticed you put a space between your store code and the pipe:
[mapfrom] => 101 |
Could you create a complete new feed and do not put a space between your store code and pipe? So make sure it is ‘101|’.
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
