Hello!
I installed a plugin on the website but can’t connect it to a WordPress account. There is the message “Unable to connect your WordPress.com account. Please try again later”.I have an account but my website is not on WordPress com. Maybe that is a reason?

Thanks for your question.
Your site need not be on WordPress.com for the plugin to work.
Google Listings & Ads doesn’t require Jetpack but it uses the same connection functionality to communicate with WordPress.com , therefore you need to be connected to your WordPress.com account.
Just to confirm – did you click the button to connect your WordPress.com connect, followed the details to connect on WordPress.com?
Do you have any security or caching extensions on your site that block jetpack or rest API?
Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello! @margaretwporg @oaoyadeyi I did all recommendations. Turned off plugins. And theme on the website is Storefront, so I needn't change it. I still didn't succeed to connect to wordpress.com account. What else can I do in this situation, thanks!Hello @kate2021,
