This plugin is supposed to add share buttons to the wordpress sites. I hope you are mentioning about Google+ share button. It can be added from wordpress admin page. You can customize your buttons from AddThis settings page. Click on “Disable and select your own buttons” or “Show customization” link and search for “google”. Drag and drop the button to the “Selected Buttons” list and save the settings.
If you need the follow buttons, we have another plugins
