Google keeps indexing original pages

I’m linking posts to external websites with the Page Links To-plugin; http://gijsheerkens.nl/jouw-website/wordpress-website-maken/portfolio-wordpress-websites/
The problem is Google keeps indexing the original posts that got a 301 and a noindex. Anyone has an idea why?
