I’m using Elementor to build my website pages and I chose Google font called Droid Arabic Naskh to be my default font, but it’s not appear on the web browser when your plugin is activated, when I deactivate it the font appears normally, what’s wrong?

I have discovered this after days of communicating with Elementor support and they finally detect that your plugin causes this error, please help me fix it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@capsulera Does elementor includes the font files from theme within theme files then you can exclude the file path from WP-Optimize > Cache > Advanced settings > URLs to exclude from caching.

Check if it helps to fix the the issue.

    Thanks,

@capsulera Also can you please let us know the settings you use in Minify, and in the Minify > Fonts settings.

@bornforphp Thank you very much for your quick response 🙂

Regarding the Minify Fonts settings I have tried the 3 options (Inherit from the CSS settings, Asynchronously load CSS files from Google Fonts and Asynchronously load fonts from Google Fonts using JavaScript)

I allow default fonts and colors to be used from Elementor not from the theme.

I think that Elementor use an independent list of fonts I chose Droid Arabic Naskh to be my default font from Elementor, but WP Optimize doesn’t allow this font to appear on all web browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) specially on Windwos 10, and it appears normally on Android chrome browser and all web browsers on Windows 7.

Should I ask Elementor Support to give me the paths of their own listed fonts so I can exclude it from cashing via WP optimize as you have mentioned?

I wanna tell you something happened, When I choose the Elementor custom fonts which I have uploaded manually to Elementor the issue is resolved but when I choose the same font from the predefined Elementor fonts list it doesn’t appear on web browsers when WP Optimize is activated.

I think I will use the custom fonts that are uploaded to Elementor as it already resolved the issue in my latest attempt.

I will let you know if I face any font issues.

Thank you very much for your help and support, I fully appreciate that 🙂
