Google Document Embedder/Viewer

    I have installed the Google Document Embedder/Viewer so I could embed a fillable pdf form in a page of a website. The form is showing up and is viewable, however, you cannot type in the fields making it virtually useless. Is there a way to have the show up and be fillable with the this plugin? I am using Google Chrome to view the document. The url is http://scandicfootwear.com/wholesale-credit-application/. Thank you.
