Google columns

Hi, this might sound like a stupid question, forgive me I’m just a newbie. So when you search for a blog in google, like mashable or desctopped, right at the top of the search you can see the site title and under it there are two columns each containing 3 pages from that site. Which looks organised. I don’t get this when I check my site , all I have is the site name and thats it. I had the columns before when I first opened the site however at some point I think I changed something and don’t know how to change it back. If you know what I mean and know how to fix this I would be thankful.
