But I’m sorry you’re having trouble. It sounds like there is at least one conflict occurring here. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve? If you need help, please read this guide to testing for conflicts.
If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

I did. This plugin is not compatible with Simple Social Plugin. once i took that off, everything worked fine + google calendar as well.
Have two quick question.
1. Do you have a way of sharing event details? Since both social button (incl jetpack sharing) does not show on event detail page. Do you recommend a plugin that will work with this?
2. On future version, can you consider adding ‘Duplicate’ feature on event? Since many events do repeat with similar details?

I’m sorry, I don’t know of any specific sharing plugins that are compatible. We hope to improve compatibility with Jetpack in the future or perhaps add our own sharing options. You might try searching this forum our our PRO Forum to look for what other folks are using (or if customizations can help with the conflicts you’re seeing above).
If you have repeating events, you might want to check out our Events Calendar PRO with recurring events. If you have questions about that, you can ask in our Pre-Sales Forum.
I also recommend that you add your vote to the UserVoice page for a duplicate events feature. That will help get it in a future build, and allows you to stay updated on our progress. Some users there have also suggested third-party plugins that will help you do that.

Better competibility with jetpack would be nice. If I found a plugin that works well with this, I’ll share with you as well.
And I have events that repeats but does NOT recur. MEaning it’s exactly same event or similar with different details but it does NOT recur in a pattern. I think it’d be a good idea to add ‘duplicate’ button next to edit and delete on events. like most posts, products, pages do. 🙂
Just a suggestion. Either way, thank you for great plugin. If everything works out well with social plugin, I’ll def. look into pro. 🙂
